About this service

2Bitwise LLC provides this company website and an invitation-only product operations portal. These proposed terms apply to this hosted service. Other products, including MOH, have their own terms and privacy notices. This draft does not create an agreement merely by viewing the staging site.

Permitted use and license

Subject to the approved terms, you may use the hosted service for its intended purposes and your authorized role. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, company branding or third-party materials, grant a right to redistribute the application, or override any applicable open-source license.

Private access

There is no public portal registration. Only the owner and invited, active staff may access private screens. Invitations are personal, expire and can be used once. Protect identity-provider credentials and invitation links. Do not share accounts, evade revocation, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass authorization. The owner can revoke staff access.

Reports and sharing

All current portal charts and PDFs contain prominently labeled synthetic sample data. They are not actual MOH activity, a census, operational-health evidence or professional advice. Suppressed values must not be inferred as zero. Do not try to identify participants, combine overlapping cohorts into user totals, or distribute reports to unauthorized recipients. Staff can download permitted reports; only the owner can request email sharing to active approved members when sending is enabled.

Content and rights

You retain ownership of materials you provide. Grant only the permissions needed to process an authorized request and operate the service. Do not submit private notes, messages, raw product events, unlawful material or other people's identifying data to aggregate reports. Respect privacy, intellectual-property rights and applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may be limited or unavailable during staging, maintenance or provider outages. Sample data and SMTP acceptance do not establish live reporting or delivery guarantees. Downloaded or emailed PDFs cannot be recalled by later access revocation. No payments or subscriptions are enabled in this release; any future paid offering requires separate disclosed terms.

Leaving, updates and contact

Sign out to end your session. Contact the owner or the public address below to request access removal or review of retained account records. Provider-account recovery is handled through that provider. Material changes to these terms will receive a new revision and appropriate review before activation. No arbitration clause, liability cap or automatic legal acceptance is implemented by this staging draft.
